To celebrate 21st-century French luxury, 26 Colbert houses will take over a dedicated path through the mall to highlight the combined creativity of teams from French luxury houses, including exceptional window and boutique displays, pop-up spaces, live demonstrations, in-store scenographies and events at members’ shops, inspired by themes from the Louvre Abu Dhabi exhibition: 10,000 Years of Luxury.
Following the dedicated path with specific signage, visitors get to witness curtains lift - courtesy of Boucheron, Ercuis and the Château de Fontainebleau, discover a precious tale devised by Cartier and Flammarion Beaux Livres and admire the garden of the senses created by Bernardaud, Christofle and Guerlain.
Louis Vuitton, Hôtel Le Bristol and Robert Haviland & C.Parlon will also collectively celebrate French art de vivre, while Baccarat, Christian Dior and Christian Dior Parfums honour seventy years of close collaboration in creating exquisite objects of desire.
As Van Cleef & Arpels, Chloé and Sèvres-Cité de la Céramique reveal the secrets of making luxury around the theme of colors, further surprises will be concocted by Celine.
A five-house group consisting of Hermès, Parfums Hermès, John Lobb, Puiforcat and Saint-Louis will showcase a scenography conceived by a duo of contemporary artists, as Chanel boasts Hôtel Ritz Paris and La Monnaie de Paris expresses the spirit of French Art de Vivre.
