Setting goals are easy; so is getting sidetracked. This 30-day challenge offers support to help you stay accountable for your goals.
The challenge targets the three primary muscle groups in your midsection: the rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis and the internal and external abdominal obliques.
** This is an open challenge for Ladies only, and no registration is required.
