This is one of the most unique luxury hotels on earth. The only hotel in the world to be located atop a Grand Prix racetrack, the iconic W Abu Dhabi property is situated on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi’s entertainment destination that’s home to several theme parks and adventure parks, the beautiful Yas Beach, the state-of-the-art Yas Marina, award-winning Kyle Phillips-designed Yas Links Abu Dhabi golf course, Yas Marina Circuit, and much more.
As you enter this jaw-dropping hotel’s artsy reception – known as the Living Room – you’ll discover hanging structures inspired by oil drops, and a unique wooden structure that’s evolved from the shape of a (traditional wooden boat with canvas sail). The flowing black lines that feature in the abaya (full-length outer garment worn by Emirati women) and traditional nose clips worn by pearl divers are also referenced in the design.
All of the hotel’s vibrant rooms and suites showcase floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular views of the racetrack or Yas Marina, with hotel amenities including a spa, contemporary kids’ zone, and much more.
