The first Abu Dhabi Showdown Week, headlined by UFC 242: Khabib vs. Poirier, attracted 14,000 fans.

2020 UFC 254: Khabib vs. Gaethje

UFC 254: Khabib vs. Gaethje did not only witness Khabib’s unforgettable title defense win, but it also marked his monumental retirement. The emotional event marked a milestone for the two partners, UFC & Abu Dhabi.

2021 UFC 267: Blachowicz vs. Teixeira

UFC 267: Blachowicz vs. Teixeira marked a new milestone for Abu Dhabi, making it the first city outside of Las Vegas to host four UFC numbered events.

Simultaneously, Glover Teixeira produced a stunning performance to win the light heavyweight title fight in the main event, becoming the second oldest UFC champion in history.
