Iconic Parisian brasserie, Fouquet’s, is now open at Louvre Abu Dhabi and promises an exceptional culinary journey with a unique signature. The original Fouquet’s opened its doors on Champs-Elysees in Paris in 1899.
This beautiful brasserie is world-renowned for its French gastronomic delights. Now you can enjoy fine dining, Fouquet’s-style, in the heart of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Michelin-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire collaborated on the delightful menu, coining the term “brasserienomie”, including classic French dishes such as sole meuniere – whole or filleted sole dusted in flour, pan fried in butter and served with brown butter sauce and parsley and lemon.
The menu also includes a number of Gagnaire’s signature Fouquet’s dishes, such as its classic beef tartare prepared at the table, as well as a selection of Emirati-inspired fare.
