The centre also highlights significant modern heritage sites and buildings, celebrating the legacy of Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan, the Founding Father of the UAE. Visitors can learn how his vision and leadership helped preserve the island’s natural resources and wildlife.

Beyond the church and monastery, Sir Bani Yas Island is home to Neolithic (Late Stone Age) sites, having served as a vital resource and shelter for fishermen and seafarers for over 8,000 years.
