The Exceptional Chef Series: Chef Chicco Cerea

The Four Seasons Abu Dhabi’s eminent Italian restaurant, Cafe Milano, is set to welcome Chef Chicco Cerea, of 3 Michelin star restaurant Da Vittorio.

Serving handmade pastas, fresh seafood and beautifully crafted Italian specialties, Cafe Milano Abu Dhabi is a celebrated outpost of the acclaimed Washington DC restaurant by the same name. Providing peaceful waterfront views, Cafe Milano at the Four Seasons will be joined by Chef Chicco Cerea to host an exquisite five course set dinner menu, paired delectably with four wines. With the welcome reception starting at 7pm, the dining experience will be available for 850 AED per person.

Hailing from parents who devoted their lives to culinary excellence, Chef Chicco Cerea now co-head chef at his family’s Lombardy restaurant, Da Vittorio. A true mecca for seafood lovers, Chicco’s sensitive and highly disciplined culinary style shines through in the exquisite dishes served there and will be carried through in the partnership menu at Cafe Milano.
