Get ready for the first Open Water Swim & Aquathlon this year at Mamsha, Al Saadiyat , There are swim and aquathlon distances for all levels and hopefully the dolphins will come and swim with us.

Open Water Swim Options:
2 Mile Swim: 3200m Open Water Swim
1 Mile Swim: 1600m Open Water Swim
1/2 Mile Swim: 800m Open Water Swim
1/4 Mile Swim: 400m Open Water Swim
Kids Splash & Dash: 200m Open Water Swim (not timed)

Aquathlon Options:
2 Mile Aquathlon: 3200m Swim & 3200m Run
1 Mile Aquathlon: 1600m Swim & 1600m Run
1/2 Mile 'The Half' Aquathlon: 800m Swim & 800m Run
4 & 8 Aquathlon: 400m Swim & 800m Run

Cut Off Time: For the 2 mile (3200m swim) - any swimmer failing to complete the first lap of the course within 20 minutes will be stopped from starting lap 2 and then within the hour for completing lap 3 to be allowed to start lap 4. This timing is in place for the safety of all participants.
