In anticipation of the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants awards, 50 Best has announced a series of culinary events featuring renowned chefs from around the world.

On Saturday, 25 January, the Flavours of 50 Best brunch at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island will offer tastings and live cooking.

The event will showcase dishes from Chef Eduard Xatruch of Disfrutar (The World's Best Restaurant 2024), Gaggan Anand, whose Bangkok restaurant has been named The Best Restaurant in Asia four times, and Louisa Lim, Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2023.

The dishes will be complemented by cocktails from Raminta Ambroževičiūtė of LPM Dubai (No.76 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2024).
