YogaOne is a community for individuals to engage deeply in a journey toward personal growth and well-being. Whether you are new to Yoga; or have been on your journey for some time; you will instantly feel welcomed into the YogaOne family. YogaOne’s team of international teachers offer a fresh, relaxing place to practice, as they share their knowledge and passion for Yoga.

YogaOne has two branches in Abu Dhabi. The Mangrove One studio is a cosy, light-filled boutique in a gated compound, offering a warm, calming space for you. The modern studio in Masdar City focuses on sustainability and well-being, providing a peaceful, airy environment to find your zen.

YogaOne offers full-moon outdoor yoga, breathwork, and meditation at the Jubail Mangrove Park boardwalk from October to March during the cooler months.
