Otoro is a modern Japanese concept brought to life by one of the UAE’s most respected chefs, Chef Akmal Anuar.
The restaurant’s philosophy is simple; exquisite food made with fresh produce brought directly from Japan, including Wagyu from Kagoshima, Otoro from Tokyo, and Uni from Hokkaido. Some of the highlights from the menu are yellowtail carpaccio, wagyu tempura, shabu shabu burger and seabass miso yaki.
