The beautiful sea-facing Shangri-La Residences are located within the 8.5 hectare Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri complex. They are connected to all the hotel facilities via the waterway abras (water taxis) and a club car.

The architecture is Arabian and the décor is modern, providing a pleasing sense of warmth and freedom throughout. All units include either a terrace or a balcony, with views of the ocean or pools.

The Residences accommodation ranges from studios (up to 78sqm) to four-bedroom apartments (up to 232sqm) and is managed by the hotel with each guest experiencing Shangri-La hospitality first-hand within an exclusive setting.

For enhanced comfort, each unit features a living room, kitchen and en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. Residents can utilise the hotel's fitness centre and pools and have restaurant signing privileges. There is private parking available on site, as well as easy access to the Qaryat Al Beri Souk and shuttle boats around the complex.
