Liwa Hotel

This desert resort is located at the gateway of the Empty Quarter overlooking beautiful red dunes on one side and the green of the Liwa Oasis on the other. The journey to Liwa Hotel takes around two and a half hours from Abu Dhabi and around three and a half hours from Dubai.

Surrounded by 25 acres of lush, manicured gardens, the hotel has an array of well-appointed deluxe rooms, suites and luxurious private villas. Deluxe rooms have recently been renovated with traditional Arabian décor. They offer guests a dune-facing private balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of Rub' al Khali (Empty Quarter). Spa facilities have been enhanced with the addition of Ayurvedic massage and yoga experiences for guests to unwind and rejuvenate. Other activities include camel riding, sandboarding, quad biking, and trekking.

There are indoor and outdoor restaurants serving international dishes made with local produce. La Piazza Coffee Shop offers a wide range of beverages from all over the world. The Terrace is a casual outdoor extension of the restaurant overlooking the swimming pool and dunes serving an extensive á la carte menu with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
