Emirati Chef and Restaurateur, Faisal Naser is the brains behind the popular fast-food concept, LENTO. Having studied at a culinary school in the UK and working in restaurants throughout Europe to gain invaluable experience, Chef Naser built a loyal fanbase over the years. His quality, artisanal smash burgers, fried chicken, off-menu specials and pop-up dinners are among the favourites. Chef Naser made an appearance in Gulf Food 2022 as a speaker and judge and has even appeared on the front cover of the magazine, Caterer Middle East.

Chef Tom Aikens

One of the UK’s most acclaimed and inspirational British chefs, Tom Aikens received two Michelin Stars by the age of 26. During his stay in France, Chef Aikens discovered his flair for French food which inspired him to develop his cooking skills further. Since then, he has made several appearances on popular TV shows such as BBC2's Great British Menu, the Great British Bake Off and GBM Kitchen.

Chef Yann draws and designs his menus as “Food Collections”, much like a fashion designer designs a collection each season drawing inspiration from worldwide luxury trends. His unique interpretations have seen him frequently tapped as a guest chef for Master Classes and pop-up restaurants throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
