An Emirati Chef and restaurateur, Chef Khaled is the brain behind the popular Abu Dhabi Café concept FAE CAFÉ. He has built a loyal patronage by serving quality, progressive dishes, off-menu specials and pop-up dinners that showcase emerging local and international talent. As an avid supporter of homegrown brands and considered a culinary authority by Government entities such as the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, an appearance by Chef Khaled is one you don’t want to miss.
Chef Jordy Navarra
Jordy Navarra, originally from the Philippines, has worked in kitchens from London to Hong Kong kitchens. His culinary philosophies are deeply aligned with his heritage, as he draws inspiration from Philippine ingredients, flavours, techniques and culture in all his creations. This is best seen in Toyo Eatery, the establishment where he is both chef and owner,s that has consistently placed among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Chef Jake Kellie
Jake is a passionate and talented Chef who discovered his love for cooking at the age of 16 while he was working in establishments across the Australian Central Coast. He is now the co-owner of arkhe restaurant in Adelaide. He is well-known for his participation in Master Chef Australia, where he demonstrated his unique techniques and inspirations to secure his place in the final.
