Qasr Al Watan Library Cultural Programme

Organised by Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi

The cultural program of the 'National Palace Library' seeks to exploit the efforts of the pioneers of cultural work in the State, the Gulf States and other Arab countries.

The Library's plans include the implementation and hosting of three programs, the first of which is the 'Winner of the Year' program. The second program is called 'Transcultural Culture', where an Arab host or foreign writer is invited to establish a direct dialogue with talents outside regular training workshops. Lastly, 'Creative Pens' specialises in creative writing training, and lasts three days each month.

The goal of this programme is to serve as a 'book house', effective in achieving success and development in the UAE's cultural scene, as well as a serving platform for just about anyone that loves exploring cultures!
