Abu Dhabi Culinary Season returns with spectacular six-week celebration of food
Abu Dhabi Culinary Season, the emirate’s annual six-week food festival, takes place from 1st November to 15th December across the UAE capital, delivering a uniquely diverse schedule of experiences across a range of cuisines, styles and price points.
Now in its second year, Abu Dhabi Culinary Season continues to elevate dining in the emirate in creative and innovative ways, highlighting local chef talent, limited-edition menus and exclusive offerings. Key activations throughout the campaign include the third edition of this year’s Chef’s Table, the inaugural Yas Flavors Festival, a hunt for Abu Dhabi’s Hidden Gems with review site Best Bites, and a special edition coffee cup release with Mirzam, the UAE’s homegrown chocolatiers.
Held under the theme Art on a Plate, ten of Abu Dhabi’s leading chefs are offering limited-edition five-course menus that uniquely fuse taste and aesthetics.
The result? The most creatively-styled vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in Abu Dhabi. Artistic collaborations that elevate dining experiences across restaurants take guests on an exploration of the senses.
Hidden Gems Scavenger Hunt
Review website Best Bites is shining a light on the capital’s hidden gems by leading foodies on a digital, interactive scavenger hunt to authentic restaurants.
All wrapped up with a prize-winning formula to incentivise participation, those on the search for Abu Dhabi’s secret hotspots should download the GooseChase App on Android or iOS and start searching for Hidden Gems-Best Bites.
Mirzam Special Edition
Mirzam, the UAE’s homegrown chocolatiers, have launched limited-edition, specially curated treats at their Qasr Al Hosn boutique.
These include uniquely designed coffee cups by Emirati watercolour artist Moaza Matar. The cafe is also offering Abu Dhabi-themed chocolate to purchase, as well as a cappuccino design station where coffee connoisseurs can revel in the creative process.
Yas Flavors Festival
Over 45 restaurants at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi’s leading leisure and entertainment destination, will showcase their culinary prowess at the Yas Flavors Festival.
Taking place between 8–28 November, the festival offers diners the chance to enjoy a culinary journey of all that Yas Island has to offer, with three-course set menus across three price points.
