This February, Alba Terrace introduces a chic, leisurely lunch experience every Friday and Saturday. The award-winning serene, coastal Mediterranean-style restaurant created by world renowned chef Tom Aikens, is set to transcend weekends.
A little more than lunch, not quite the extravagance of brunch, The Weekend Spritz serves up dishes to the table, a mix of Alba Terrace classics, new seasonal creations and warming, fresh delights from the poolside wood fired oven.
Friends, old and new can enjoy an array of flavors and aromas across a menu of starters, mains and desserts. Highlights from the enigmatic wood fired oven range from signature Alba Pizza, featuring ricotta, mozzarella, button onions, spinach & truffle, to Aubergine Parmigiana with basil. Delicacies also include, Burrata with rocket pesto, cherry tomatoes confit & aged balsamic, Slow Roasted Lamb Leg with creamy polenta, parmesan & crispy artichokes, and Tarte Tropezienne.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a large brass clad aperitif bar, serving signature Aperol Spritz and a selection of Mediterranean inspired cocktails, setting the tone to relax and unwind.
A breath of fresh air, guests can enjoy the glorious Abu Dhabi winter sun every weekend at Alba Terrace, sharing tasty moments and creating lasting memories.
