World-renowned Cantonese restaurant brand, Hakkasan, are proud to announce their partnership with Chef Tala Bashmi, at their Michelin star Abu Dhabi outpost at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental.

Recognised for their elegant, energetic and innovative celebration of Chinese cuisine, Hakassan’s menus are crafted by using the finest ingredients, traditional techniques and a contemporary flair. Having received a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide’s Abu Dhabi debut, the restaurant’s signature and specially curated dishes are a port of great inspiration for this collaboration.

Chef Tala Bashmi was named the winner of the first Middle East and North Africa’s Best Female Chef award 2022 and is widely recognised as the face of modern Bahraini cooking. Her restaurant, Fusions by Tala, creatively combines traditional Middle Eastern cooking with a fine-dining finesse.
