With its roots in Notting Hill, Mazi, meaning ‘together’ in Greek, strives to revive and celebrate the country’s tradition of sharing exceptional food among family and friends. With a focus on seasonal and sustainable produce, guests are treated to a delicious array of nostalgic and traditional dishes with a modern twist, using flavours from the Aegean Islands, Northern Greece and the Pelaponnese.

Known to many as ‘Frenchie’, due to the nickname bestowed by Jamie Oliver, the French-born Chef Marchand used this identity to create a series of striking modern French restaurants in France, Switzerland and the UK. Focusing on fresh, exciting and delightfully presented dishes, Marchand’s partnership with Mazi will explore exciting new territories for both culinary houses.
