Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi will host Michelin-starred French Chef, Baptiste Renouard, for a pop-up event at the award-winning French restaurant, Bord Eau.

Guests can look forward to an exciting culinary experience highlighting the young chef’s talent through an exclusive five-course set menu with Chef Baptiste’s signature dishes.

The five-course menu kicks off with a delectable Amuse-bouche, followed by a 'Tarte Tatin' with Turnips and puffed Buckwheat. The main course includes snacked Scallops with Butternut and fresh Black Truffles, as well as Australian Beef Tenderloin. The dessert is the chef’s signature dish featuring his childhood memories and followed up with Fruit Mousse Tartlets and Buckwheat Paris-Brest.

- AED 388: set menu with soft beverages

- AED 576: set menu with house beverages

The Michelin-starred chef will also host daily cooking classes in Bord Eau’s kitchen at AED158 per person, limited to a maximum of 5 participants.
