Three Michelin-starred chef back for Gourmet Abu Dhabi

Three Michelin-starred Chef Juan Amador will operate out of his first Middle East venture during Gourmet Abu Dhabi 2012, when his new signature Amador Restaurant and Cellar opens at Park Rotana.

Chef Amador is poised to repeat his extraordinarily popular masterclasses and epicurean promotions during Abu Dhabi’s culinary festival, which runs February 8-23.

The Spanish-born maestro insists his guests at Gourmet Abu Dhabi will be among the first to sample dishes from his self-titled Rotana restaurant, which will officially open on February 9.
