The serving of traditional Arabic coffee (ghahwa) is a social ritual. Local coffee comes blended with cardamom and saffron, served in tiny, handle-less cups.

Fresh fruit juices are an Abu Dhabi speciality and are made to order from orange, mango, banana, kiwi, strawberry, avocado, melon, pomegranate, and pineapple – or a mix of several of these. Most of the restaurants and cafes will serve a variety of freshly squeezes juices.
