The World Travel & Tourism Council’s (WTTC) prestigious
‘Tourism For Tomorrow Awards’, which recognise sustainable tourism best practice, will next year be presented in Abu Dhabi.
The awards will form part of Abu Dhabi’s April hosting of WTTC’s 13th annual Global Summit.
The awards fall into four categories: Global Tourism Business; Conservation; Community Benefit and Destination Stewardship. Judging is by an independent panel including some of the world’s most authoritative sustainable development experts and a stringent application process involving on-site verification visits by the experts.
